This is Tim Lawrence's 17th year as a coach in Clarke County. Coach Lawrence started at the 8th grade level with the Johnson-Williams boys' team. The next several years, he served on Brent Emmart's boys' staff serving as the junior-varsity coach. He then was named head coach for the girls' program in 2004. His 2005-2006 team was the Group A Runner-up with a record of 29 wins & 1 loss. The following year, in 2006-2007, his team received the honor of being the Group A State Champions. He has been named the Bull-Run District Coach of the Year, the Region B Coach of the Year, and the VHSCA Group A Co-Coach of the Year during his career. A graduate of Emory & Henry College, Coach Lawrence teaches English and Physical Education.
