summer workout

1). Body weight squats Put your hands on your hips,feet shoulder width apart. Bend at the knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor or a little lower and then jump. Do 10-12 of these, rest and then do 2 more sets

2) 30 pushups

3) 60 situps  can be toe touchs , crunches, etc

4) planks Start like a pushup with elbows and forearms on the floor. Hold for 1 minute. aim for 2 minutes

5) Run  a mile 3 times a week

6) Step jumps  Satnd beside an object to be cleared ie. a cone, Bending kness up, jump vertically and laterally off the grond and over the object, do 3 sets of 10

7) jump rope

8) play volleyball

volleyball doubles tournaments

If you are interested, there are 2 doubles volleyball tournaments, July 2 and July 4

They have a juniors division

All juniors and seniors will start AM conditioning Aug 2, 7 -8 :30 AM,

No physical and other papers, no Tryout
